Dr. Julia Dawson is an ASHA certified and Virginia state licensed audiologist and hearing aid specialist. She is a central Pennsylvania native, but has called Richmond home for the past two years. As an audiologist employed by Physicians Hearing Network, Dr. Dawson provides comprehensive audiologic and hearing aid services at Comprehensive ENT three days a week. She is thrilled to be a part of a nationwide network of expert hearing care providers, delivering audiologic services to Comprehensive ENT and the community of Richmond.
\nDr. Dawson completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2016. She then went on to attend graduate school at James Madison University, and earned her doctoral degree in 2020 after completing an externship year at the University of Rochester Medical Center. After completing her graduate studies, she worked at a hospital in Danville, PA prior to relocating to Richmond. After a few years of Pennsylvania weather, she is thrilled to finally call Virginia home again. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and her golden retriever.
